Pastry chef William Werner has started a delightful monthly subscription dessert through the Tell Tale Society. For only $35 members of the Society will receive a rustic burlap sack filled with goodies like caramel-nib poundcake, freeze dried blueberry-matcha nougat, espresso caramels, praline marshmallows and caramels with volcanic sea salt. If you local you can pick up on site or have it delivered for an added fee.

I think I will have to join!
