All you need is a Le Crueset Cast Iron Pot which may also double as a weapon when your man just isn’t acting right. The dutch oven should be large enough to hold a roast and vegetables. Heat some olive oil in your pot to brown your salt, pepper and italian spiced roast. When the roast is browned sufficiently lift the meat up and add some garlic and onion to the bottom of the pan. Place your roast on top and add 1/2 a cup of red wine. Add any spices you like and place in the oven at 225 degrees and cook for 3.5-4 hours. Add desired vegetables and cook an additional 1/2 hour. I added carrots and boiled potatoes. It was utter perfection!
