I saw this guest house/workspace in Architectural Digest and it is definitely a favorite of mine.  I love the floor-to-ceiling doors.  The minimal style.  The house and the workspace are on opposite ends of the property (when viewed from above, it may appear as book ends) thus lends itself to two separate properties. The guest house has  one room for entertaining and sleeping, a kitchen as well as a dressing area and walk in closet.  Across the “walkway” is the library and studio which can double as conference room.

Here are some pics for you to judge for yourself.
